Meet Some of our Members

When you join us, you'll meet:

  • New parents seeking to nurture their children's spiritual development;

  • Engaged and energetic senior citizens who love the friendly atmosphere;

  • Teens playing important roles in the church’s ministry;

  • and a whole lot of people in between.

While we have individual experiences with Lutheranism or other religions (or no religious background at all), we share a deep respect for how Living Grace can positively impact ourselves, our families and the community.

Longtime Living Grace Members

We wanted our kids to grow up in a supportive church community, with God as an important part of their lives. When we found Living Grace, we knew we’d found our home church. We felt welcome the moment we walked in the door. More than seven years later our elementary school-aged boys have learned so much about what it means to be good Christians – and good people who serve the community.

Assisting in Music Ministry

Since I attend Urbana High School and take voice lessons after school, singing at church feels like a natural extension of my life.  I enjoy both services because of a nice range of music, both traditional and contemporary.

Lifelong Lutheran

As the years fly by, we learn to value even more the lessons we have been taught along the way by  our families and churches such as Living Grace.  This congregation continues the tradition that Luther started 500 years ago: proclaim the healing love and eternal truth of the risen Christ. I welcome you to join us in this mission.

If you’d like to casually chat by phone about the Living Grace experience, just let us know and we’ll hook you up with one of our members when the time is right for you.
